Casting Meathod

We are flexible with all casting meathods.  If you prefer to mail a foam impression box, we can accomodate it.  If you prefer to use some of the new foot scanning technologies that are on the market, we can accomodate that too.  If you are interested in trying new scanning technologies, we can show you which have worked the best for our customers and why.

Who Are We?

We are a central fabrication facility that has been supplying high quality custom and prefabricated inserts to the diabetic industry for the past decade.  All of our products are SADMERC/PDAC approved and carry our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

Raw Materials

All of our diabetic insoles are made from a three layer laminate designed for comfort with out sacrificing stability.  The insole starts with a base layer of our Soft-Cell 35 (35-40 Durometer in Shore A), followed by 1.5mm of cellular urethane, and finished with Soft-Cell 25 (20-25 Durometer in Shore A) on top.  This foam is ideal for accomodative diabetic insoles, offering great mold retention.

Customer Service and satisfaction are our top priorities.  We stand behind our products 100%.  If at any time you are unhappy with our product due to the workmanship or defect of a material, please return the item.  Upon receipt, we will correct or replace the item at NO ADDITIONAL COST.
